While driving to find her lost dog, our client was run off the road by a commercial vehicle. Although there was no impact between the vehicles, the careless driving of the other vehicle caused our client to lose control of her vehicle which resulted in the vehicle rolling over off the side of the road. At the scene of the incident, our client was temporarily unconscious and suffered a mild traumatic brain injury. Prior to filing a lawsuit, the insurance company for the at-fault company refused to make a settlement offer. Through our investigation, we were able to find witnesses to the incident and prove blame on the part of the other driver.
