A Tampa Bay community party hosted by the Bulluck Law Group in honor of Independence Day last year drew close to 2,000 area residents from Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties. Owner David Bulluck plans to do the same thing on Friday for the third consecutive year.
