Bulluck Law Group represented our client who was driving home from work when a semi-truck and trailer made a right hand turn in-front of our client. A collision occurred when our client’s vehicle became pinned and dragged under the trailer of the semi-truck. Initially, the insurance company denied liability claiming our client failed to pay attention and rear-ended the back of the semi-truck’s trailer. Further, the insurance company for the at-fault trucking company claimed the forces in the impact were minimal so as not to cause the injuries alleged and made an initial offer of $50,000. The crash caused our client to have a spine surgery that impacted our client’s quality of life. Fighting for our client, we were able to obtain the client’s desired settlement amount.
